His qualifications include Advance Trade Certification in Radio/Television, Microsoft NT Technologies, Groupwise, Building Intranet, Managewise, Master Certified Novell Engineer and Master Certified Novell Instructors, Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft ISA Server (Proxy), Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Small Business 2000 Server Certified Engineer.
